Success Case Method
May 12, noon
The Success Case Method (SCM) is an evaluation approach that is simpler and faster than most other evaluation approaches, and yet it is often equally credible to other approaches. The SCM is similar to more typical evaluation approaches in that it uses many of the same tools, such as surveys and interviewing. It is different, however, in that it does not seek, nor claim, to be a comprehensive evaluation approach. Jan will provide a description of the method and share some case examples.
Jan Fields is currently an ORISE evaluation fellow assigned to the CDC’s National Asthma Control Program. Jan is from Grand Rapids, MI, where he was a respiratory therapist for 35 years and a community college educator for 22 years.
