Please join us for an informative webinar on Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Training Evaluation Model presented by Khadija Turay. This webinar will provide an overview of the Kirkpatrick Model and guide participants through each of the four levels. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of how to evaluate trainings, often a key function of public health programs. Additionally, the ways the Kirkpatrick Model complements other evaluation frameworks will be explored during the webinar.
Khadija is a mixed methods public health researcher. She has investigated infant health in India; vegetarianism during pregnancy; diabetes during pregnancy; the transition from adolescence to young adulthood; and efforts to improve medical education capacity in sub-Saharan Africa. Currently, she is earning a certificate in Instructional Design and eLearning from the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education. She is also the Associate Editor of the Society for Research on Adolescence’s Online Feature Articles. Khadija has a Ph.D. in Maternal and Child Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MPH in Global Health from Emory University.
